Combination sounds (yลon)
A small ใ/ใ /ใ after an -i kana blends into one syllable: ใ + ใ = ใใ kya.

Reading tips
Small ใฃ doubles the next consonant (ใใฃใฆ kitte, "stamp"). In katakana, a long dash ใผ stretches the vowel (ใณใผใใผ kลhฤซ). Particles ใฏ, ใธ and ใ are read wa, e and o. Ready? Switch to the katakana chart or take the quiz.
